Very large double sized room with single (four poster) bed available in small quiet village about four miles north east of Evesham. Walking distance from Kanes Foods. Exposed beams, windows on two sides. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.
All bills, hot water, lights, included except the electric sockets and electric heating, which are separately metered and lodger pays by the unit used.
Sufficient on-street parking.
The room is in a large rambling house, part of which is undergoing restoration and the room is a bit separate from the shared kitchen, which is a little inconvenient but also gives the occupants a lot more privacy from the rest of the house where I live with my medium sized dog and another lodger or sometimes two. Microwave/fridge also available in the room. There are sometimes a couple of chickens in the garden too.
The room is available for a single person. Strictly no smoking inside. There is good broadband wi-fi, washing machine and piano. Returnable deposit of £250.
