Nice Double Room in Quiet cul de sac

Two professional women working from home need a quiet considerate housemate as current housemate has left to go to his own flat.
We expect our housemate to do their share of cleaning, washing up etc.

Ideally working 9-5 or nights, and fond of dogs, this is a lovely relaxed house with super neighbours and a very nice neighbourhood.

Rent can be weekly at £150 including all bills paid on Saturday for week commencing the next Monday or monthly at £600 payable with deposit on move in day

Parking available on the street.
We are early risers and early to bed,
Neither of us are vegetarian but would welcome someone to show us how to cook something interesting without meat.
We want our housemate to feel at home and participate in "curry night" on a Fridays, generally the working week is very dull and quiet. If this sounds right for you, please get in touch
