You will be sharing the house with just two other people (Josh and David currently) as only 3 rooms will be in use (one is kept as a spare room for occasional guests/storage & the other is used as a home-office). This means loads of space & a peaceful environment.

The bedrooms available are as follows:

(Taken - £600 a month): Double room with access to shower room. Dual aspect windows looking over the front & side of house, over to communal neighbourhood gardens. As the other rooms have their own shower rooms, you will usually have the walk-in shower room to yourself! Multiple wardrobes (equivalent to 4 singles) giving plenty of storage space & desk which doubles up as a side-table.

(Available - £650 a month): Huge king room with en-suite shower/toilet. Dual aspect windows overlooking the garden & front of the property. Multiple wardrobes giving a huge amount of storage (equivalent to 4 singles) plus desk & side tables. En-suite features shower, basin & toilet + frosted windows.

The rest of the house includes:

Massive lounge with seating for 7+ people. Dual aspect windows onto the front & side of the property. Large Samsung TV with multiple channels & VOD.

Large kitchen/dining room with french doors onto the garden. Various appliances including oven, fridge/freezers, hob, microwave & dishwasher plus separate utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer. Dining table/chairs plus a sofa to relax on whilst cooking your feast!

Garden with picnic bench & paved area leading to the private driveway/garage. Additional parking is available on the road at the front/side of the property.

The house features BT Full Fibre 500mbps internet with repeaters on each floor - giving an excellent speed! Bills are included within the rent including Broadband, TV, Electric, Gas, Water & Council Tax. Just bring your own Netflix/Prime subscription if you wish & provide your own food!

No smoking/vaping inside the property please & no pets. Bedrooms are single occupancy but occasional overnight guests are fine (there's also a shared guest room available if you have visitors). All housemates and their guests are asked to avoid excess noise after 11pm on weekdays to avoid disturbing other housemates.

This property would suit young professionals (22-40) being in a great location for major employers (such as Halfords & the Alexandra Hospital) or the Redditch Train Station & M42 if you work further afield.
