Room can be further furnished with a small sofa or large chest of drawers depending on new lodger's choice.
Desk/chair/bed can also be removed if required.

Shared bathroom with bath, shower and handwash basin; shared separate toilet room with handwash basin.
Use of a fully equipped, large kitchen; it has two fridges & two freezers, cooker microwave, air fryer, kenwood mixer/blender. Table to seat 8+, 3 seater sofa. washing machine and tumble dryer.

Large lounge with projector TV. X2 sofas.
Conservatory with sofa seating.
private garden with seating, fire pit, bbq etc.
Lots of seperate communual space.

Downstairs toilet. Porch and hallway with shoe and coat storage.
Semi detached house. 2 minute walk to bus stop on main bus route. Local takeaway and Morrison's local shop. GP, Pharmacy, postoffice, hairdressers within 2 min walk. Parking in street carpark.

About us;
A mix of students and proffessionals,
we are a clean and tidy family of artists and musicians we are non smokers.
We pretty much keep ourselves to ourselves but we do meet weekly for home cooked food and a catch-up.

Our small dog doesn't go upstairs or on sofas.
A well behaved indoor cat, who keeps to himself.

What we are looking for;
A single female of any age. Must be a non-smoker/vaper, Must be in work or a full time student
