Two good sized furnished double rooms available in large, clean, pleasant, furnished home in quiet part of Matchborough - close to local shops, bus routes and Arrow Valley.

We are looking for two new (clean, tidy & respectful) housemates to join our shared home. We have a pleasant six bed-roomed house in Matchborough West that is currently shared amongst three working professional adults. We are a pleasant bunch and all get along really well. Ideally, we only want to share with folk who are working. We have two available furnished double rooms. These rooms would NOT be suitable for couples.

There is a shared lounge and kitchen-diner (both with TV), along with a downstairs toilet, upstairs shower-room and a 2nd bathroom (re-fitted recently).

The house is equipped with washing machine, tumble-dryer, plus all the usual kitchen appliances.

All rooms have a free-view connection. Wireless/wired broadband is available, along with telephone (local/national calls included). Other utility bills are included - gas, electricity, water rates, TV licence etc.

To the rear of the property is a shared, maintained garden, with washing-line, patio area, small lawn and a shared garden-shed.

We work on the basis of come and meet us, have a coffee, have a look around the house, see if you like us and if its mutual, we take references and go from there.

£100 per week or £435 per month.
