Furnished double room available in a clean, pleasant, and well looked after furnished home in a quiet part of Matchborough West - close to local shops, bus routes and Arrow Valley.

We are looking for x1 new (clean, tidy, respectful, working) housemate to join our shared home. We have a pleasant four bed-roomed house in Matchborough West that is normally shared amongst four working professional adults.

We choose our house mates very carefully, with a focus on a happy home where everyone gets along really well. Ideally, we prefer to share with folk who are working. We have x1 good sized furnished double room available (single occupancy) - would NOT be suitable for a couple.

There is a comfortable shared lounge and kitchen-diner (both with TV), along with a downstairs toilet, upstairs shower-room and a clean, well appointed bathroom.

The house is equipped with washing machine, tumble-dryer, plus all the usual kitchen appliances.

All rooms have a free-view TV connection. Wireless broadband is available. Utility bills are included - gas, electricity, water rates, TV license, Council Tax (band B), broadband etc. The house is cleaned regularly, and the garden is maintained.

To the rear of the property is a shared, maintained garden, with washing-line, patio area, small lawn and a garden-shed.

We work on the basis of come and meet us, have a coffee, have a look around the house, see if you like us and if its mutual, we take references and go from there.
