The location is fantastic, the property is detached and 20 mins walk to the City centre or 10 mins drive, on bus route into City centre and close to by-pass to Malvern.

The room is a pleasant double room for SINGLE OCCUPANCY on first floor at the rear of the property. The room shares a bathroom with a male and femaile tenant. There is a large fitted kitchen and gas central heating throughout. The room benefits from a double divan bed and mattress with a double mirrored wardrobe/drawers, desk space and chair. Every room has its own Digital TV point installed.
