Fully furnished Double attic bedroom in Victorian property right in the heart of st John's. On the doorstep of all local amenities and a 20 minute walk to the city center. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers as well as a chest of drawers for storage.
You will have access to shared areas of the house including the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room and garden.
The property does not have allocated parking, however there is nearby free on road parking available.
I have a Labrador who is a little nervous when first meeting, however very friendly after the initial meet :)
I am looking for somebody who is respectful, friendly and tidy.
Would be great to be able to socialise/eat/cook with housemate sometimes whilst also still respecting each other's privacy.
I work as a company director in Birmingham, I enjoy being outdoors, walking, as well as all the usual music, films, food etc!
