We have two room available in a four bedroom house in St John's, The house is a 10 minute walk into the city centre and 5 minute walk from the university
We have a cleaner come in twice a month to clean the communal areas
I'm a fully qualified heating engineer so the house will never be cold or without hot water. We maintain the property ourselves so any issues will be resolved immediately.
