We have two stunning en-suite rooms available in our charming period property, ideally located just across the road from the university halls and surrounded by other student accommodation. We're also within easy walking distance of the city centre, shops, cafés, restaurants and all the amenities you'll need.

One room occupies the entire top floor of the house, while the other is tucked away off the central stairwell. Both are private, spacious and secluded, providing a peaceful space to relax and study.

We are friendly, easygoing live-in landlords who both work full-time and have many years of experience welcoming students into our home. You'll share our modern kitchen, cosy lounge and lovely garden, along with our friendly Labrador, who loves meeting new people!
