We have a lovely, large furnished double room available in our nicely appointed professional house share close to the city and are looking for a friendly, tidy person to share with.

The room is on the first floor at the front of the house and comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, small sofa and the room benefits from having its own sink.

The house has gas central heating, a large shared kitchen, 2 shower rooms with toilets, laundry room, a living room with 2 couches and a flat-screen TV and also a dining room with a large dining table.

We provide a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal rooms. If you are looking for a high standard room in an equally high standard house then please get in touch.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS. You will need to be in FULL-TIME employment to apply for a tenancy at this property. Guarantor may be required.
