Upstairs double bedroom in a quiet house. This room would suit someone working in the area and going home at the weekend. The room needs to be vacated by 11.00 on Friday and all propert removed unless by prior agreement.
The house is just off the M5 in a semi-rural village. There are lots of pretty walks with a canal, public footpaths through farmland and piper's wood.
Locally, there is a cafe/cake shop, canalside pubs, general shop and post office, lovely purpose built gym and assorted groups for those wanting to get out and about.
Lots of nice places to visit within a short car drive. YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN TRANSPORT.
Full use of kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and garden.
Fair use of electric/broadband etc applies.
I have a no over night guest policy and strict no smoking or drug use policy.
