The house is just off the M5 in a semi-rural village. There are lots of pretty walks with a canal, public footpaths through farmland and piper's wood.

Locally, there is a cafe/cake shop, canalside pubs, general shop and post office, lovely purpose built gym and assorted groups for those wanting to get out and about.
Lots of nice places to visit within a short car drive.
Full use of kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and garden.

Fair use of electric/broadband etc applies.

I have a no over night guest policy and strict no smoking or drug use policy.

ease note, the room is advertised as a Monday to Friday let for £400. I would consider full time but that would be charged at a higher rate.
