Double room En Suite on its own floor to let in a 3 bed house, very close to Stourport on Severn town centre.
The room is accessed through the house and up its own staircase and landing into the newly decorated room. It is equipped with a double bed with a new memory foam mattress, fully fitted double wardrobe, shelving, TV/ DVD/ Freeview and TV Bracket and aerial. It has a large opening skylight window with blind and spotlights. Plenty of plug points and is bright and airy.
Leading from the main bedroom is the En Suite fully tiled bathroom. Large double dormer windows overlook the garden and to some beautiful views over Stourport. There are a large amount of cupboards and plenty of shelving/ storage space. The bath is a large antique, renovated Victorian bath with large taps and shower head. The heavy wooden slatted blinds adding richness and privacy.
The fully centrally heated house consists of a large modern fully equipped galley kitchen, with including washing machine, dishwasher, and own cupboard, fridge and freezer space, and breakfast bar. The kitchen looks in to a well maintained landscaped garden with outside eating area and built in barbeque. There are two living rooms – both with wood burners, television / DVD / Freeview.
There is also a cellar which can be used for limited storage. All shared spaces are fully equipped.
The middle floor shared bathroom is spacious, clean and modern with bath and shower and shared with one other member of the household. This is cleaned daily.
A combi boiler provides instant and constant hot water to both bathrooms
The house is located close to a main bus route. The house benefits from a large south facing garden with a patio and lawns – if gardening is your thing, there’s lots of space you can use. Smokers are welcome but I would have to insist that all smoking is done outside - there is a covered area outside if it is raining.
Free wi-fi / internet access is include, there is a flat screen TV with DVD player and Freeview in the bedrooms and living rooms. All bills are included unless your usage increases costs disproportionately.
The house is quiet. There are house requests / rules to keep us all happy and comfortable – (example no smoking indoors, no staying visitors (unless agreed) low noise levels after 10, straight forward stuff really)
