MONDAY TO FRIDAY MORNING ONLY
Room to rent in lovely modern home close to junction six M5 and 10 minute walk to hospital. Room currently houses small double bed. Fully furnished includes Freeview and Wi-Fi access. Would prefer professional male/female aged between 25 and 70 who keeps the home clean and tidy. Tenancy agreement would need to be completed with one month’s deposit upfront (refunded subject to terms of tenancy agreement). Rent paid by standing order weekly on a Monday.
No en suite but clean and tidy bathroom right by bedroom. Only myself living in the house though so no bathroom queues!
Use of washing machine and all cooking facilities.
Tenant must be clean and tidy in all areas of house and clean up after themselves.
As this is my home and not a multi-person house share, it is ideal for someone who is looking for a quiet, homely, comfortable, place to stay during the week.
NB: I do have a Labrador so it would help if you like dogs!
