All bills included. Use of washing machine. Separate ground floor loo and shared bathroom upstairs. 15 min walk into heart of Worcester, 50 yards from River Severn in quiet road leading to river. Street parking.
The furniture in the bedroom can be left as is or minimised as required.
The house is a calm oasis that supports simple living. Small outdoor seating area leading to communal area. I go to bed early and get up early (mostly!) - you will obviously have your own routine and the house will support that. I prefer to live harmoniously with everything having its place.
