Right in the heart of historical Worcester city center, near to the Cathedral, amongst quaint historic Tudor buildings, unique independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Easy access to everything in central Worcester from this perfectly located apartment.

The property is a recently decorated cozy, comfortable flat, on the second (top) floor of the building, with three other flats. So the occupant would have to be reasonably quiet and respectful of other flats occupants in the building. Hence I'm looking for a working professional to stay here.

The occupant would have use of the entire flat (apart from the locked unused second bedroom) including living room and be staying there by him or herself, as the owner will be traveling overseas for the duration. But there will be occasional informal communications, by email etc, between the owner and the tenant just to check everything is ok.

The bedroom is cozy, clean and comfortable, with large TV that is fitted with Fire smart TV, so Netflix, YouTube, TV channels etc. Also a second microwave, chair, desk, fan.

Lounge area has another large smart TV and comfortable sofa. There is a fitted kitchen connected to the living room on one side, and a sunroom to the other.

Kitchen has washing machine, Electric oven, microwave, ample cupboard space and fridge freezer.

Bathroom has a tub with electric shower unit, sink and toilet. There is an extractor fan and wall heater if required.

Heating is by wall mounted night storage heaters which can be individually controlled.

Council tax (Band B) and electricity, water bills, service charges etc. are inclusive, which is reflected in the rental price.
