Use of kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, own fridge and space in freezer, sole use of main bathroom. Own loft for storage. Shed offering further storage if required. TV point in the room with Freesat connection and full fibre broadband. Share with live-in landlord. Suit quiet, respectful and clean mature adult. Off-road parking. I work from home, so I do need the house to be quiet and chilled. I clean rest of the house, but do expect the room to be cleaned. I also have one elderly, affectionate cat who stays downstairs.
