One housemate is moving out as they are buying a house so we are looking for a new housemate to join us!

- Generously sized double bedroom
- Includes a walk-in wardrobe, king size bed, 2 sets of drawers and 2 end tables
- Rent: £600 per month, bills included (gas, electric, water, Wi-Fi, council tax, internet)

🏠 The House:

- Well-appointed kitchen with plenty of storage and cooking space and dishwasher
- One shared bathroom with bath and shower, plus a separate downstairs toilet
- Spacious living room and a separate dining room
- Washer/dryer included
- Spacious garden with a decked area

🐾 Pets:
Cats welcome, but please note the house is on a busy road and there are already several cats in the neighbourhood.

👋 Current Household:

You’ll be sharing with friendly and tidy working professionals 28M and 30F who enjoy a relaxed, respectful home. It’s not a party house, just an easygoing space with a sociable, considerate vibe. Happy to socialise and give space. Comfortable sharing with either another female or male housemate.
