I’m currently looking for one housemate for a quirky Victorian townhouse share, located less than a 15-minute walk from Worcester Cathedral and town centre.

The let includes your own spacious bedroom with a key and shared access to:

What truly sets this property apart is its prime location—less than a mile walk to Worcester city centre, the stunning cathedral, and rail connections. With M5 Junction 7 less than a five-minute drive, it’s ideally situated for both business and leisure. Perfect for professionals or visitors exploring the historic city of Worcester, you’ll find essential amenities right at your doorstep.

There is no off road parking but I rarely struggle to find a space within close proximity to the house. and spacious, with high ceilings, double-glazed windows, The house encompasses original Victorian features and a new kitchen and bathroom have recently been fitted.

This property belongs to my parents, who live next door. I usually stay there and only stay at this listed accommodation occasionally (around twice a week or less). I’m a working professional in television and am rarely at the house, so you would more or less have the place to yourself.

Please note the following conditions:

The house will be going on the market around Feb so there may be intermittent viewings in the spring which we will always make you aware of. And anticipate around a six month sale, which is why it’s listed as a short-term let.

We’re carrying out occasional odd jobs and light renovation mainly to the basement (which is closed off).

I’m happy to consider bookings for less than a month.
