This absolute STEAL of a room in central London is on the market as I am leaving 1st July! The rent is 638 pcm, and with additional costs (bills, tax etc) included this usually comes to around 720 pcm. The deposit is 1000 (fully refundable when you leave).

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a mirror and a huge wardrobe just outside the room, giving a lot of storage space and a walk in wardrobe vibe! There is a bathroom with a shower next to your room which you’ll share with a girl and guy. The best parts of the house are the big kitchen and living space, and the big private garden with BBQ! ☀️ We also have a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.

We’re a 3 minute walk to Angel station (northern line), and on countless bus routes going in all directions. The location allows most of us walk or cycle to work. The area is great with loads of bars, brunch spots, bookshops... whatever your thing is! We’re also only 15 minutes walk to King’s Cross (or 3 minutes on the tube)!

The housemates are a group of 5 young professionals, 3 guys and 2 girls, British, Italian and Belgian. We love to hang out together and all get on well, but also all have our own friends and busy London lives - a good balance! We’re looking for a girl who is clean, considerate and fun to join us. 😁
