Large Double w/en-suite in South Ealing

Hello! We have a great double bedroom with a private en-suite in a quiet area of South Ealing, just minutes' walk away from the tube. You will be replacing a couple as we have decided to move out.

The room comes partly furnished (we will be leaving a mattress, tallboy and 2 small tables). All bills come to approx. £90 per month (inc Council Tax - We're Band E), with a couple of others paid annually (e. g. TV license). The house contract is one year (14 May) - but anyone has the option to leave so long as they find a replacement.

We live in a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a spacious kitchen and living room, a nice garden, and driveway. Permit parking is also available with plenty of space.

There are three other house mates who are all working professionals and a sociable bunch. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, sociable but also likes their own space.
