Hi, I’m Chris,

Tidy, respectable guy living in Billingham, Teesside and I have a single bedroom available, ideally someone (male or female) 18-40 who’s tidy to house share.

Its a small room, available from the 4th April onwards. It's furnished with a single bed (with bedding if wanted), bedside cabinet, draws and wardrobe.
There'™s also a TV available for the room if needed and the room also comes with both wireless and LAN internet.

Bond/deposit is £150 and the rent is £250 which includes; gas, electric, water, TV licence, council tax and internet.

No smoking in the house but is fine outside in the garden and there's parking available

Ideal place for someone working in Billingham (like Belasis Business Centre, Cowpen Industrial Estate or Wynyard Business Park etc..)
Stockton, Hartlepool and Middlesbrough are also easy to get to (bus stops, trains etc..)
(previous people who have lived here includes a student who traveled to Middlesbrough on the train and two work-placement students who walked to Belasis area)
