I have a lovely modern single furnished bedroom to rent which is tastefully decorated. The room overlooks the front garden and for a single room, it's a fairly good size. It has a new single bed with underbed storage, chest of drawers, triple wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

The house itself is within an extremely sort after area of Orpington and is situated within a no through road. I am within a minutes walk of Goddington Park which is huge and attracts runners, dog walkers as well as people that want to take time out. I have off road parking available and I'm within 5 minutes of Orpington Station.

My home is fairly open plan downstairs, is lovely and comfortable and has a friendly feel to it. All utilities bills are included and wifi is available.

I am close to the Nugent Shopping Centre, Tesco Extra and the High Street, where you will find a variety of restaurants, bars and the new 7 screen Odeon cinema. I am within 5 minutes of Orpington Hospital and 10 minutes of The Princess Royal Hospital. I am also on a bus route which takes you directly to the High Street and Orpington Station.

Ideally I am looking for a professional female, minimum age of 30 but neither is restricted. However, someone that is clean, tidy and quiet is a must.

I am also happy to let Monday to Friday if that's all that's required .
