We have a large, beautiful, bright and spacious double room available to rent in the heart of Highgate Village.

As you can see from the pictures, there is plenty of space in this large double room and past tenants have had desks, guitar studios setups and all sorts.

The room has a large, full height, double wardrobe and there are 2 other large storage cupboards in the house.

It comes with it's own separate bathroom, with bath, toilet and shower and would be all yours.

The house is a Victorian house with lovely wooden floors and high ceilings and is made up of 3 bedrooms, large bright lounge, big kitchen and 2 bathrooms/ 2 toilets.

As well as a large sunny rooftop terrace, there is a beautiful green garden outside which is always being used (when the suns out) for BBQ's and gatherings of friends. We are master BBQ-ers!!

Highgate Village is a beautiful little place with tonnes of green spaces. We are a 30 second walk from Waterlow Park and about 5 minutes from Hampstead Heath. Perfect for walking dogs!

There are many great pubs and restaurants in the area.

Transport links are great, with Archway and Highgate tube stations about 8 minutes each away. There are several decent bus links too with 2 24hr bus routes too, so you can always get home.

Bills are included and are usually around £100 and include council tax, water, gas, electric, Broadband etc.

Deposit would be one months’ rent in advance.

You would be living with Si and Sophia.

Sophia works in psychology and is also a part time yoga teacher, teaching at several London studios.

As for me, I work in Video Production in Live Events, am pretty chilled out, tidy, love my music, food and travel like the next person. I am usually away for 2-3 months of the year travelling and sometimes for work too when we have events abroad.

I like yoga and sometimes practice at home and spend the rest of my time playing my acoustic guitar ( not loud) and learning Swedish.
