Room available in Peckham 7th July 2019

Our housemate is leaving us and his room will be becoming available from the 7th of July. We are a bit flexible though if you can’t move in the 7th.

The room is a double and comes with a double bed, set of drawers, bedside table, inbuilt wardrobe and overlooks our lovely garden.
The house is two levels with a very spacious and open plan kitchen/lounge room and a big garden- perfect for chilling in the summer.

The two housemates are a guy and a girl, very chilled, keep the house nice and clean and are respectful of each other.
We both have our own lives but also like to have a few drinks together or hit up Peckham's pubs every now and then.
The house is a 10 minute walk to both Peckham Rye Station (National Rail, Overground and Thameslink) and also East Dulwich Station. There is plenty of buses about a 5 minute walk away- taking you to Central London, Brixton, Clapham and Elephant and Castle. Free street parking.

Rent is £610 per month- bills not included- but usually add up to around £90 a month.
