A cosy sunny double room with its own private en-suite in a spacious airy clean flat in Brixton / Brixton Hill. The room has a sofa, a table a chest of drawers and a clothes rail for now and lots of under bed storage

This setup has worked ideally in the past for young graduates moving to London to take up internships, work placements or starting new jobs and as a Mon-Fri let.

You'll have full use of a very large open plan living room / kitchen / dining and breakfast area. The building is totally enclosed within its own walled and gated very large well maintained communal garden.

I am a Therapist so hopefully you will find me personable and easy to get on with, I like to think I am well-balanced, open minded and easy going and enjoy a good conversation but I am also happy in my own company. There will be only the 2 of us sharing the property so plenty of room to never feel crowded.

Brixton tube is a short bus ride away or a brisk 20 mins walk through lovely Brockwell Park a stone’s throw from the flat which is great for running and amazing cityscapes esp. in the evenings. Tulse Hill and Herne Hill train stations are about an 8-12 mins walk (3 mins on the bus) great for direct links into Farringdon & London Bridge / The City and Central London. The area is also very well served with 24 hour and night buses.

All bills are included with unlimited broadband.
