Large double room in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house, perfect for a friendly responsible person looking for a comfortable home. The room is furnished, has plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes along one wall, and a bathroom that's right next door to the room! The house is in a safe residential neighbourhood, only a 5 minute bus ride (15 minute walk) from the tube station and 20 minutes from the West End!

Other facilities include: a lovely conservatory, large modern kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher & water softener, lounge with SKY+ & large DVD collection, fast Wi-Fi, and free street parking!

I'm a sociable, friendly & relaxed professional who enjoys his films, photography, The Simpsons, music, travel & eating out, looking for another laid back, grown up friendly professional who'd prefer the sanctuary of a nice comfortable place to call home, rather than a student-style crash pad! Happy to go out for the occasional meal or drink, and just as happy staying in having a chat over a nice home cooked meal and a glass of wine/tea/coffee if you wish, and appreciate that sometimes we'd each just like some time, space and privacy to ourselves.

Just inside zone 3 on the northern line, Golders Green is only a 20 minute tube ride from Leicester Sq/Oxford Circus, & 25 minutes from Bank. Trains from Cricklewood go to Farringdon, St Paul's & Gatwick/Luton Airports. The M1 & A406 North Circular are less than a mile away and coaches to Stansted stop here too. Surrounding areas of Hampstead, Camden, St John's Wood, Swiss Cottage, West Hampstead, Hendon & Willesden are all within a 5-15 minute radius of the house. Brent Cross Shopping Centre, at least 4 supermarkets and a number of gyms are all a 5 minute bus ride from the house.

The rent which is fully inclusive of all bills is £910 pcm (£210pw) and also covers a weekly cleaning lady & gardener.
