A quiet double room to let in a 3 storey modern furnished house. Room is fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and sash windows.
This lovely house is fully equipped with a modern kitchen (including dishwasher), downstairs toilet, family bathroom and large bright living room with seperate dinning area. Wifi available. French doors lead to the front yard, a perfect setting for those summer barbeques. We are on a quiet, leafy suburban street, seconds walk to Tooting Bec Common - a beautiful place to enjoy a nice walk or laze about in the summer.

The House is minutes walk to many transport links, including 24 hour buses into Central London & City (perfect for getting home after a night out!), a short bus ride to Brixton (zone 2), 10 minute walk to Balham/Streatham Hill/Streatham Common stations (zone 3) Off street parking available.
