We have found an amazing four bed maisonette two minutes from tufnell park tube station. (about 12-15 mins to Soho/Central lodnon) We're looking to fill our small double bedroom quickly due to the fcat someone pulled out last minute.

the contract is for an initial six months with a view to extending if we want/the house hasn't been sold (it's cheaper because it's up for sale.) we're hoping to get someone to move in next weekend (But will wait a week longer for the right person...)

Deposit is four weeks rent plus on month's advance rent (pretty standard)

About the flat: It has a large kitchen and living area (open plan wooden floors) with original fireplaces in all rooms. the small double available will be £120 per week plus bills. The room will be furnished with doubble bed and wardrobe. It has one bathroom downstairs plus seperate toilet and another toilet and sink upstairs (so those in top bedrooms don't need to traipse downstairs to brush theri teeth...)

About us: Sam, Becks and I are three girls in our early to mid twenties. friendly, up for a drink and a laugh and looking for like minded people to join in and make this place a nice home! Ideally we'd like a guy to mix it up a bit but not too bothered as long as you're good fun. Sam and Becks work in marketing and I work in journalism...this place is particularly perfect for anyone working in Soho or the city as it's straight down on the Northern line to both.
