Two double rooms are available from 09 March 2014 in a large 2 bed - 2 bath flat.
(P/S: Prefers to rent whole flat out at £1850/month excluding bills if possible). There is also no live-in landlord in this place.

Rental price is £950(smaller room - single occupant, £1250 (larger room - single occupant/ couples) per month inclusive of all bills (except phone) and broadband. Leisure facilities (gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi) are available in the development.

There are 2 shower/bath in the flat, but no en-suite. But you will get your own shower/bath room.

Letting terms can be done on a room-by-room basis or for the whole flat.

Looking for non-smoking professional (clean and tidy male or female only). P/S: Please do not smoke or wear shoes inside the flat, and absolutely no pets in the flat. Also, the individual must treat the flat as if this is his or her own place and use utilities within reasons and not turn on 24 hours.

The type of housemates that I am looking for:
Considerate, Reliable, Friendly and Clean person who respects the privacy of other people in the household. I am also looking for housemates who want to be part of the household and treat the house as your home and not merely a rented place.
