£105 per week for the big room, and £85 per week for the small room including bills & Wireless broadband Internet connection etc, sharing a shower, toilet and kitchen.

Both rooms (one is 5. 13m x 2. 80m with wooden floor, another is 3. 10m x 2. 06m with door leading to conservatory) are furnished. There is shared access to garden in utility area and conservatory.
Washing Machine and dryer shared with owner.

Highams Park Station, Zone 4 is only 5-7 minutes walk away with trains running into Liverpool Street, 5 minutes train journey to Walthamstow Central on Victoria Line, 15 minutes bus journey to Woodford on Central Line.

Highams park has a nice "village" atmosphere with shops and small supermarkets along with many nice restaurants.
