Bright Double Room Brockley Conserv. with Bills

Hi,

Our flatmates are finishing their studies and moving away so we have 2 bright furnished double rooms for rent in period house in Brockely conservation area.

Brockley is lovely creative leafy area and the transport links are really good. House is situated within walking distance to St Johns(8 minutes to London Bridge every 10 minutes), Brockley, New Cross and Deptford Bridge stations. We are on the ginger line, so you can be in Shoreditch in 15 minutes.

The house has been recently refurbished and has nice open plan kitchen/living room/chill out area with adjoined patio and garden. We are looking for clean (no OCD) and relaxed professional/postgrad students working/studying full time similar hours to us (9-5). No shift workers please. We are relaxed and friendly bunch and like a glass of wine but household is quiet one, definitely not a party house.
