We have a room to rent in an owner occupied house.

The room has a bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, carpet and various lights. All bedding - sheets/duvet/duvet covers/pillows/pillow cases/towels are also provided. More/other furniture could be available.

The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac within 8 minutes walk of Ealing Broadway with its myriad transportation links and entertainment opportunities. There is also a local bus within 3 mins walk.

We have a quiet green garden, off street parking and safe storage for bicycles. There is broadband access and a washing machine and tumble drier (or washing line if you prefer) a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen and living room with freeview television.

The room would suit someone, possibly new to London, looking for a safe accessible area to live in with clean, peaceful surroundings. In the past we have hosted students at Imperial College, University College, University of West London and various language schools in Ealing and Central London. And as well as English, Irish and Scots nationals we have had Japanese, Italian, Indian, French, Dutch, German, Iraqi and Sardinians.

You would be sharing with me and occasionally one of my sons.
