Hi,

I am searching for a very easy-going, clean, cat-loving and non-smoking flatmate who likes to socialise or cook together but also someone who can respect the privacy of others.
It is a very clean and nice flat in Charlton. There are 3 Bedrooms, a very new kitchen, a living room with TV. A very friendly English lady is the owner of the house and also stays here. She asked me to advertise the second room. There is a single bed, TV with DVD player, cupboard and storage space in the room.

A little bit about me:
I am a third year University of Greenwich student (male) who likes sports, going out, cooking and going to the gym.
The house is very clean. We want that it stays as it is. So you have to be an easy-going and clean person!!

Rent: 90pw but a discount price of £80pw is offered to full time students (due to council tax issues). All bills are inclusive of the price (all bills and fast internet). Furthermore a deposit of 2 weeks rent is required.

Some other important things about the location:
-7 minutes walking to Charlton Rail Station (needs only 15-20 minutes to London Bridge and
20-25 minutes to Charing Cross)
-7 minutes walking to big 24 hours ASDA
-1 Minute walking to a small off-licence shop and two pubs
-Close to Greenwich and North Greenwich with good bus links (161, 177 and 180)
