Hey, looking for a flatmate.

I have a double room available. The flat is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining area, large bathroom and two balconies. The living room has a flat screen TV.

It is in a gated building with a porter at the concierge.

There is a Cost Cutter in the adjacent building and a Tesco is 5 minutes walking.

Centrally located. 2 minute walk from Bermondsey station , and 5 minute walk from London Bridge. The river Thames is a 5 minute walk away.

All bills are included, including wifi.

I am doing a Post Grad at the Chelsea College of Art and Design in Fine Art.
