Single room to let in friendly Finchley houseshare

House

We have a first floor single room to let in our friendly Finchley houseshare.

The house is fully furnished and situated on a quiet street overlooking a local cricket ground and gym.

There's a large living room, bathroom, kitchen with gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, etc. and garden.

We also have a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and second toilet.

You'd be sharing with two guys and a girl; all friendly, open-minded people who enjoy socialising with each other but have their own lives too.

I'm a writer, Lindsay's a costume designer and Ciaran's an actor.

Not sure we have any real preference for who should move in, but someone who's creative would probably get on well with the rest of us.

The deposit is £347 and you'll need to provide some sort of reference from your landlord, employer, priest, etc.
