The living room and kitchen are great for entertaining or at home comfort. Very modern with a great wow factor.
As for us, one is away for about 9 months of the year leaving it basically a share for 2 people. The other is a professional male (33) and enjoys a good social life.. He has many interests and holds his own in any discussions.
The house is economic and has all the necessary kitchen utilities of washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, central heating and constant hot water plus an American size fridge. Fully furnished living room.
The patio is sunny and could accommodate a small car with the electric fence but that would mean sacrificing some of the patio area. We have a conservatory, which has more storage.
Bedford Park is in the smart part of Chiswick, which is a great village where you can easily meet and make friends in the many fine restaurants and good pubs that abound. Excellent shopping too.
Transport is easy with multi bus routes, the district line trains and occasional Piccadilly line trains. 15 minutes to Heathrow and on the doorstep of the M4, M40 and M3 motorways.
This is somewhere to live and enjoy coming home to, as well as accessible to the West End and all the entertainment of London. Night buses serve us very well.
