Warm, fun, flat share in Brixton

We’re looking for a flatmate for our flat in Brixton, available from June 1st.

Rent - £440 pcm not including bills. Bills are around £100 per calender month, so about £540 inclusive.

About the flat – you’ll be sharing a flat share with 3 others – 2 guys from the UK, and one girl from Algeria. We believe in making our flat share our home, and we want somebody who similarly wants to live somewhere warm, cosy, friendly, happy, and full of energy.

Because we’re 2 guys and 1 girl, we’re looking for a girl to balance things out.

The flat’s 5 minutes walk from the tube – 10 mins from Brockwell Park, and is an old converted school – beautiful building with stain glassed windows. Price is very cheap for what it is.

For what it’s worth we’re aged between 27 – 30, but not going to be judging on age particularly.
