Huge Room in new bldg in Canary Wharf

I have a nice modern large 1 bedroom (2 rooms including living room) and need someone to share w me. I will sleep in the living room on the sofabed and you will take the nice huge proper bedroom w double bed.(£650 per month) Or you take the living room sofabed and I sleep in the bedroom (£550 per month)
2nd floor of a new bldg built a year ago. Hardwood flooring. Everything is nice and new.
I just have some unexpected investment opportunity in the U. S. and thus that depleted my savings account in the U. K. So I want to rebuild my reserve and thus take in a flatmate for 1 month to 2 months. That is minimum 1 month; maximum 2 months. You must be out by the Olympics.
