Room available in nice houseshare

Hi,

I am moving out of my current houseshare in Earlsfield and am therefore looking for another housemate. You will be living with 2 Kiwis, 1 Southafrican and 1 English guy. The house is really relaxed and has a large garden. It's close to Earlsfield train station but also just a 8min bus ride to Clapham junction. The area is beautiful.

Rent is 455 per month, which is amazing. Bills are approx. 50 per month and include broadband. We have a weekly cleaner, so the house is nice and clean.

The move in date is around 3rd June (flexible). We are having viewings on Tuesday evening, 22. 05.
