4 Double Rooms in Colindale- £580 all inclusive

I have four rooms available in a great house in Colindale.
Two rooms will be available from the 4th June, and the others will be available from the 16th and 26th July.
Rent is £580pcm per room all inclusive of bills, which is a great price as it is such a lovely house. I am moving closer into London with a good friend, and will be sad to leave.
The house has 6 bedrooms in total, including one single guest room for when friends and family come to stay, with 2 bathrooms, and 1 downstairs toilet. You will be sharing with 3 other professionals. The kind of people we are looking for should be respectful of the other housemates and the house, along with being approachable and not a complete party animal.

It's less than 5 minutes walk to the tube station so great for people who need the tube for work. We also have a cleaner who comes every week and cleans the communal areas, which is fantastic!
The rooms will be available from June 4th, viewings to start immediately.
