Double room available to rent. the room is the opposite side of the house (bungalow) to mine so lots of privacy. kitchen, bathroom and living room will be shared and broadband is available.
Netflix, Xbox one, sky etc all available to use in the lounge.
I do have a dog but she gets along well with people and mostly sleeps.
I work shifts which are a mix of nights and days and are very long (13hrs) so will have a lot of private time in house
