I am looking for a male or female housemate to share a beautifully finished, modern terraced house just outside the hub-bub of Beverley town centre. It would suit a professional, male or female, who enjoy socialising over the weekend and working hard during the week, as I myself work 9-5, Mon-Fri .

The house is located on Lairgate, which is one of the most attractive streets to rent in the whole of East Yorkshire, sitting minutes away from all of the local amenities: restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, retail outlets and banks. It is also a 5 minute walk to the Westwood pastureland, even less to the historic Beverley Minster site and a 10 minute walk to the train station. We are neighbours to a boutique hat shop, as you can see in the photo.

You will be sharing with a health-conscious, fun loving guy in his early twenties. I enjoy healthy eating, exercise, music and socialising. During the week I work for an engineering company in Hull . I am out-going, warm, friendly and chatty.
