Lovely rooms in beautiful house

I have two rooms which I am looking to rent out in a three bedroom house.

Bedroom 2 is a nice sized double on first floor. It has double bed, built in wardrobe, double chest of drawers, and full length mirror. Nicely decorated with view of garden.

Bedroom 3 is a large loft room with a view of the garden. At the moment it only has a a solid oak wardrobe. If someone would like to move in their own bed and furniture that would be welcome, or we can look at furnishing room.

The house is close to beverley town centre and a 5 minute walks to train station. The house is an end of terrace period house with lounge, kitchen diner, utility room with washer/ dryer, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom, garden and separate garage. We have broadband and the tv has netflix and amazon prime.

You will mainly be living with me (Jon) I am a journalist and Lizzie (TV editor) who will be away some weeks working in London. We have a cat (patch) who is friendly and likes food.

We are going travelling in September so ideally would be looking for long term rentals. Would also consider couples but on the provision that both rooms were rented out and we would do a discount on rent.

We are a sociable couple. Just looking for nice people who are reasonably tidy.
