It is located 5 minutes walk to ALL SAINTS (DLR Station), POPLAR (DLR Station) (Dockland Rail Station), It is 10-15 minutes walk to CANARY WHARF STATION and 5 minutes walk to all BUSES ROUTES (24 hour Bus services) going to CENTRAL LONDON, EAST LONDON & to all areas, which is available practically on your doorstep.

There are Poplar DLR & All Saints DLR (Docklands Light Railway) stations which are about 3-4 minutes walking distance. And there is also Canary Wharf tube station on the Jubilee line which is within 10 minutes walking distance, they give access to all over London, its airports and beyond.

The rent is £450/-month, and 1 month's deposit and 1 month's advance is required at the commencement of the stay.

The rent includes: Broadband/Internet, Gas Bills, Electricity Bills, T. V. License, Water and Council Tax Bills.

PLEASE NOTE: there are some conditions:

Please if the flat share mate can refrain from cooking pork products, alcohol and not smoke in the property. I hope you don't mind. The lodger occasionally can have visitors like family members and friends for a visit but please not Over-Night stayers, in the property.
