Upper Street has great restaurants, bars, theatre, cinemas and all high-street facilities. The flat is also right next to Chapel Street Markets which are open 6 days a week.
The room is currently furnished with a King sized bed and chest of drawers, however this can be changed to suit your requirements. The room has a large built in wardrobe with hanging space. There is also room spare for a desk. The flat has a landline, tv licence and wireless broadband connection for Internet.
The kitchen contains all mod cons, including fan-oven and washing machine, and is a nice communal space. There is also a private terrace, which will be ideal for barbecues when the sun shines.
Rent is £800pcm. (£185 p/w) Bills are approximately £100 per month, including Council Tax, water, electricity and gas. I require a refundable deposit of £800.
You'll be sharing with one female who is easy-going, sociable, into music and films and I would love to welcome you to the flat with a friendly meal and a glass of wine! I am a vegetarian, so this is definitely a veggie-friendly household, but it doesn't matter if you are not. I am straight, but this is an lgb-friendly house.
I am looking for someone friendly, clean, reliable and independent to share the odd glass of wine and dinner with, but who also is happy to do their own thing. I would also welcome enquiries from couples who are like minded.
