Single or double bed; linen (sheets/towels) provided. Good cupboard space in bedroom and bathroom; chest of drawers, hanging cupboard, bedside table, desk, sofa, coffee table. Multi-channel television and wireless broadband internet.

Use of washing machine. Use of kitchen - for breakfast and evening meal. Cleaner twice a week, included in rent; willing to do ironing if required, at £10 an hour.

Very close (2 minutes walk) to shops, many bars and restaurants, and excellent bus route. Equidistant from Parson's Green and Putney Bridge tubes, 8 minutes walk.

I smoke occasionally, and don't mind a 'smoker' - as long as this is restricted to the garden.

This is a quiet, safe and comfortable home in which to rent a room - and I hope you will find it warm and welcoming. It is not, however, a "house-share" - and not suitable for those who would like to 'party at home'!
