It's a terraced house with two floors and a back yard with a garden. All the rooms have large windows, which makes the house very bright. The kitchen is quite big (with 6 chairs and dining table) and is fully furnished (including dishwasher and washing-dryer machine). Good size living room as well with a couch, a coffe table, a puff, a chest of drawers and a built-in book case. There is a bathroom with bathtub, sink and WC on the first floor and a cabinet with WC and sink on the ground floor. There is broadband Internet connection with wifi in all the house.

The house is located in a nice area, just two streets from Hampstead Heath. It is a 15 minute walk to both Belsize Park and Kentish Town tube stations. A 2 minute walk to Gospel Oak overground station and a couple of 24-hour buses nearby (i. e. 24 and 214). Within walking distance to Camden, around 20 minutes or 5 minutes by bus.

We would like a nice friendly housemate between 25 and 35 who would like to live with an Italian and an English guys. We are two young professionals, very sociable and multicultural. We are looking for someone to share the house with, not just to rent a room. If you live with us, you will come across people and food from different countries all the time.

No pets, no smokers. You can bring your plants. Guests are welcome anytime.
