This is offered at £645.00 with parking pcm inclusive but, can be reduced to £615.00 without parking. For any weekend warrior candidates (returning to their own home at weekends for example) it would be reduced £615.00 with parking or £595.00 without!

This is offered on a monthly lodging basis only, whereby the preference is that this is not the candidate's main residence (preferably as a stepping stone, short to medium term contract work requirement, or perhaps to avoid the commute and/or hotel costs, for examples).

However, for the right candidate, full-time, short to medium term candidates will also be considered.

What we offer is a clean and tidy accommodation, with fully furnished room that comes with enough space to relax, study and is all decorated to a clean and fresh standard, with practical IKEA furniture and a period pine wardrobe. Altogether, plenty of storage and space and in a great and still walkable location!!

There is a large power-shower room with plenty of storage, a fully fitted kitchen with solid thin laminate worktops, integrated appliances including a dishwasher, a separate utility room and altogether, there is plenty of space, sharing with only with 2 other, like minded career professionals.

Only five minutes to the Nuffield, the Royal National College for the Blind or to reach open countryside and Aylestone park for a walk and some fresh air. It's only a five minute walk to all of the colleges, so there are opportunities close-by for evening-classes, Zumba, exercise classes, the Hereford 6th Form College gym, with other local gyms also nearby!!
