Professional Male seeks a double room or annexe

I am a professional male aged 38. I am looking for a double room/annexe or whole property. I have two primary school aged kids that will be staying with me a couple of nights per week, so this needs to be ok with any room mate/buddy up for whole property.

I have been a self employed tech repair engineer and Warrington licenced taxi driver for the past 6 years and earn around £35k-£40k per year.

I am available to move from 01/08/2024 and have a budget of £800pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age up to 50.
