Zero maintenance, relaxed guy looking for a home

Thanks for taking a look at this :)

I'm Jonny, and here are the boring bits about me: I'm from Hong Kong originally but grew up over here and am quite British. I work as a consultant in the public sector, am 26, and I'm looking to move in asap/whenever something right comes up.

Ideally looking for a home that's modern, has a balcony/terrace and good vibes. My personal needs is a double bedroom with good floor space and room for a decent desk.

I've been living in Spare rooms for last 6/7 years of my life so know how to get on with the house, but also know how important it is to find good flatmates who can all be responsible, tidy and help look after the home. I've been described as zero-maintenance lol and am easy going to live with.

My preferred areas would be Stratford/Hackney Wick canals/Olympic park specifically - currently set on continuing to be in the new builds around the area.

Here are the (hopefully) non-boring bits about me!
In my spare time, I'm very into my reading, music (mostly listening but I write a bit too), and exercise. I'm a particular fan of yoga and also play quite a bit of basketball.

I've become quite a keen cook since lockdown too so very happy to do flat cooking nights etc too if the house is keen.

Work days are normally quite long and tiring so I do need to unwind/chill in evenings, but would be good if the house was a warm and social environment and am definitely up for drinks/binging trash TV/nights out on the odd or right occasion.
